Over the years, I have become obsessed with Indian food – particularly chicken tikka masala, butter chicken, palak paneer, naan bread, you name it. I’ve been making this recipe from Bon Appetit for years and haven’t felt the need to create my own or find a new recipe because this one is just SO.GOOD. It’s beyond flavorful with just the right amount of spice. Serve alongside some buttery naan and you’re set!

Ever since my co-worker introduced me to chicken pad thai a few years ago, I’ve been hooked. There’s a restaurant across the street from our office that has some of the best pad thai I’ve ever tasted. I’d never made the dish before, so I decided to give it a shot. This recipe came pretty close to our local spot, and it was delicious!

These barbacoa tacos are a must-make. I think I ate the leftovers for a week straight. The tender and juicy meat paired ridiculously well with the crisp and sweet pickled red onions. This recipe makes enough for an army, so be prepared to have a ton of leftovers, or plan on serving the tacos at a dinner party!

My brother, Andy, gave me Bobby Flay’s Mesa Grill cookbook for Christmas and I’ve already made a handful of recipes from the book. Needless to say, I’m obsessed. Everything has been incredible so far, including the meal that I made on NYE. This short rib recipe didn’t let me down either–it was deeeelicious! I decided to make some cilantro oil as well, to give the dish a pop of color.

Happy New Year! I made this incredibly delicious (and time consuming!!) pork tenderloin for New Year’s Eve dinner and it was an absolute hit. Not a drop was left on anyone’s plate! I highly advise splitting the workload up into two days, since the sauces can be made a day ahead. :-)
