
Over the past year, Asian cuisine has become one of my favorites. I can’t get enough of potstickers, dumplings, noodle dishes – you name it. Because of this newfound love, I was inspired to make homemade potstickers. These pork potstickers were incredibly delicious and relatively simple to make. The only somewhat difficult part was crimping the potstickers – primarily because I’m a perfectionist!

Ever since my co-worker introduced me to chicken pad thai a few years ago, I’ve been hooked. There’s a restaurant across the street from our office that has some of the best pad thai I’ve ever tasted. I’d never made the dish before, so I decided to give it a shot. This recipe came pretty close to our local spot, and it was delicious!

I spent last weekend at home with my mom, grandma and boyfriend–we relaxed, watched movies, and ate gobs of food. While at home, my mom and I made this delicious, spicy soba noodle salad. The recipe made enough for a week of leftovers, but I wasn’t complaining about that!

Thank you everyone for your kind words last week. I can’t express how much that meant. Though I’m sure it’ll be tough for a while, my family is doing much better.
It’s finally starting to warm up in LA again, so I decided to make my mom’s Chinese chicken pasta salad. Growing up, I remember my family and I eating this cold pasta by our pool on warm summer days. But since I’m limited to eating the pasta at my work desk now, I’ll just have to pretend that I’m on a comfortable pool chair, clad in my bikini, soaking up the sun. A girl can dream, right?
