from scratch. [homemade lasagna bolognese w. ricotta & spinach]

December 14th, 2020 by | comments

Is there anything more comforting and delicious than lasagna? Better yet, homemade lasagna? This recipe is made completely from scratch (well, almost) and is worth every hour it takes to make. could not be happier. [chili con carne]

November 10th, 2020 by | comments

It’s finally starting to feel like fall in LA and I could not be happier. The cooler weather calls for cozy clothes and comfort food, like this hearty chili. With a busy work schedule and back-to-back weekends of weddings, bridal showers, bachelorettes – you name it – I haven’t found much time to get in the kitchen! We finally had a weekend at home with absolutely no plans, so we decided to make these incredibly delicious cheeseburger tater tot cups. I found these gems on Pinterest and made a few tweaks to the recipe and boy, were they a hit. These tots are the perfect appetizer for football Saturday and/or Sunday!

The Jucy Lucy burger is a meal everyone should try at least once in their life. The gooey, cheesy interior of the burger patty makes for a delicious, melt-in-your mouth experience and is made even better when topped with some fresh pickle slices and a generous squeeze of ketchup.
