Grilling season officially kicks off this weekend, which means these balsamic-marinated grilled artichokes should definitely be on the menu. I’m at a loss for words trying to explain how delicious these artichokes are, so you’ll just have to try them yourself. :) I highly recommend squeezing some charred lemon on top and dipping the leaves into pesto aioli – a winning combo!
The countdown to summer has officially begun, so it’s time to fire up the grill! Whip up some of this delicious eggplant–the flavor of the smokey, grilled vegetable pairs perfectly with the caprese salsa topping.
Happy taco…Thursday?! Any day is taco day in my books. This carne asada is beyond flavorful and delicious. Serve it alongside some rice and beans or throw it in a taco. :-)
This grilled pork tenderloin is unbelievably delicious and super easy to make! The ancho chile pepper gives it a kick, but just the right amount–especially considering my low spice tolerance!
Corn on the cob was my archenemy in middle school. As many people know, eating corn with braces doesn’t bode well. Therefore, my mom being the lovely mother she was (and is), always sliced it off of the cob for me. But alas, I eventually got my braces off and the eating process became much easier.
Though I love classic-style corn on the cob with salt and butter, this honey-ancho chile butter really spices things up. It’s sweet with a pleasant kick from the chile powder. This corn is a great side dish for any summer meal.
