Lately, I can’t get enough of the air fryer. I got the Instant Pot Air Fryer Lid for Christmas and since then, have made French fries, buffalo wings, chicken tenders (you know, all the healthy things), and now these delicious zucchini crisps. Although these took a while to make – since you need to cook in one layer batches and I only have the 6 quart Instant Pot – the crisps were completely worth it. These would make for an amazing appetizer while watching the Super Bowl in a couple weeks!

In my opinion, jalapeño poppers are one of the most delicious (and easiest) appetizers – particularly on game day. These maple sausage and cream cheese poppers come together in less than 30 minutes and are always a crowd pleaser. This recipe is just for two people (hello, quarantine), so I’d recommend doubling or tripling the recipe if you’re serving a small group. These would be perfect for Super Bowl Sunday!

I can’t seem to get enough of fresh corn this summer. It’s on sale almost every time I go to the grocery, so I continue to buy it and work it into our meals each week. This particular corn salad is one of my favorite dishes we’ve made. There’s minimal ingredients and prep work, but it’s bursting with fresh flavors and crisp textures. Highly recommend making it while corn is still in season!

If you’re a fan of crab cakes, you’ve come to the right place. Since my dad’s office is based in Greenville, South Carolina, he travels to the city often – but of course not now, due to COVID-19. This recipe is just slightly altered from one of our family’s favorite restaurants in Greenville called Soby’s. And boy, do they know how to make a decadent crab cake! I can’t wait for you to try this recipe and share it with your friends and family.

Wow, it’s been a minute since I’ve posted! With work getting busier by the minute, I haven’t had as much time to document all of my recipes, but I am trying to get back on track. I made this jalapeño popper dip over Christmas break and it was to.die.for. It was an absolute hit with friends and family and you can bet I will be making it again soon!

Hi everyone! It’s been a minute (or a couple months) since I last posted. With a busy work schedule and back-to-back weekends of weddings, bridal showers, bachelorettes – you name it – I haven’t found much time to get in the kitchen! We finally had a weekend at home with absolutely no plans, so we decided to make these incredibly delicious cheeseburger tater tot cups. I found these gems on Pinterest and made a few tweaks to the recipe and boy, were they a hit. These tots are the perfect appetizer for football Saturday and/or Sunday!

True life: I’m addicted to pimento cheese dip. Spread this decadent dip atop freshly sliced French bread, dunk a tortilla chip into the cheesy concoction, smooth it on a warm hamburger patty or smear it between two slices of bread for an over-the-top grilled cheese — the possibilities are endless.

These hearty meatballs are incredibly tender and full of flavor. The recipe makes a lot, so unless you’re serving a family, I’d suggest cutting the recipe in half or freezing the leftovers to enjoy at a later date!
