This roast beef sandwich may seem simple, but don’t let that fool you – it’s packed with flavor and beyond delicious. In my opinion, the pickled red onions are really what take this sandwich over the top. I could honestly eat them by the handful. As we head into summer, this would be the perfect sandwich to bring to a picnic, lunch by the beach or pool – you name it!
Now that awards season has wrapped, work has finally slowed down a bit and I’ve been able to get back in the kitchen to prepare some blog-worthy meals! This fried chicken sandwich was out.of.this.world delicious. Although time consuming to make (you will want to marinate the chicken up to 24 hours), I promise it will be worth it in the end!

If it were up to me, every day would be celebrated with this delectable BBQ brisket sandwich. The incredible richness and slight spiciness of the brisket perfectly contrasts the sharp cheddar cheese. Although time consuming, this recipe is beyond worth it!

Anyone who has tried Free Range LA‘s famous fried chicken sandwich knows how delicious it tastes. I’ve wanted to recreate the sandwich for a while, so I decided to give it a shot–and I gotta say, my version tasted pretty dang similar!
Soooo, this chicken sandwich took me three hours to make, but it was completely worth it–I swear! The sandwich and all of its components were delicious. I just hope you’re not afraid of getting a little messy, because you’re bound to end up with slaw on your hands and dressing on your face!
