I almost can’t put into words how incredible this sandwich tastes. Its complexity of flavors is ridiculous, from the sweetness of the honey ham to the bite of the Jarlsberg cheese to the savoriness of the pesto aioli. The crispy, tomato basil bread from Panera makes the sandwich even more delicious, if that’s possible.

I’ve been in a game day cooking mood as of late, and I can’t say there’s anything wrong with that! These buffalo chicken nachos are di-vine, and I guarantee your friends will give you lots and lots of hugs if you make these for them. The buffalo ranch sauce drizzled on top takes these nachos to the next level!

I’m always looking for delicious game day snacks to make on Saturday and Sunday. I came across these tater tot cups on Thrillist, and had to make them. These little guys were amazing! If you’re feeling crazy, dip them in some homemade ranch, as well. You’re welcome. :-)

I’m finally back in the kitchen! Although I’m still healing from my gum procedure last week, I’m thankfully able to eat soft, solid foods. Of course, I missed eating Mexican food, so I made these deliciously cheesy enchiladas. This recipe is very similar to these enchiladas, but I switched it up a bit and added corn, beans and avocado. Yum!

Hi everyone! I’m sorry I’ve been MIA–I was on vacation in Chicago last weekend, and got yet another gum surgery this week (let’s hope third time’s a charm!) I haven’t been in the kitchen much after the procedure, but was able to whip up these simple, savory mashed sweet potatoes, and they were delicious! These would be a great addition to your Thanksgiving dinner spread. :-)

This burger is ridiculous. I mean, look at that thing! The worcestershire-glazed burger patty pairs perfectly with the cool, spicy ranch sauce. If you’re a burger lover like me, I highly suggest making this. I have to warn you though–this burger is messy (in the best way possible)!

Those of you who have followed my blog for a few years already know I’m a weirdo who doesn’t like chocolate. So, you could probably guess that I didn’t take that bite out of the brownie–thanks, mom! Although I didn’t taste these delectable treats, they received rave reviews from everyone that tried one. Considering these are called buckeye brownies, I had to take the opportunity to use an Ohio State backdrop. Go Bucks!!

Caramel corn whoopie pies…YUM, right?! My mom found this recipe in Cuisine at Home last year and every time we bring the whoopie pies to a party, they’re a hit. The fluffy, cornbread-esque cookie tastes even more incredible paired with the caramel filling. These are a must-make dessert, I promise!
I’m off to New York tomorrow for work and can’t wait to eat my way through the city. First stop? Shake Shack, of course!
