can’t get better than this. [white chicken chili]

YOU GUYS. I’ve gotta be honest, this is one of my favorite dishes I’ve made in a while – and that’s saying a lot coming from someone who doesn’t love soup! This white chicken chili is decadent, creamy, flavorful, the list goes on. It doesn’t hurt that there’s a brick of cream cheese in the recipe, but you definitely can’t skimp on that ingredient. Highly recommend making this ASAP!

could not be happier. [chili con carne]

It’s finally starting to feel like fall in LA and I could not be happier. The cooler weather calls for cozy clothes and comfort food, like this hearty chili. cure the cold. [turkey chili loaded w. vegetables]

As much as I tried to avoid it, I caught the dreaded cold going around. Sleep, DayQuil and NyQuil have been my best friends this week. I wanted to make something hearty and healthy, so I came up with this turkey chili loaded with vegetables. The chili is of course healthier sans sour cream, but I’m a sucker for sour cream, so I figured a dollop wouldn’t hurt. :)
