It’s finally starting to cool off in LA (well, at least at night), so this hearty chili is perfect for a quick and hearty dinner. I will definitely be making this again once it actually feels like winter!
It’s finally starting to feel like winter in LA, now that it’s cooled down and we’ve had some rain. I couldn’t think of a better meal to eat while bundled up inside than hearty chili. This southwestern chili was full of flavor and unbelievably delicious. It’s even tastier the next day for leftovers!
Though we haven’t been experiencing “chili” weather here in LA (more like ice cream weather), it hasn’t stopped me from embracing winter meals. This white bean and chicken chili is not only hearty, but it’s also relatively healthy and much lighter than the original chili recipe. But of course, if you’re feeling adventurous, topping the dish with cheese, sour cream, etc. is always welcome.
