After starting a new job with longer hours, I’ve found it difficult to find time in my schedule to cook. So, I have learned to appreciate quick, easy and delicious meals. This Mediterranean hummus wrap is just that and not lacking in the flavor department. The garlicy hummus pairs perfectly with the roasted vegetables and toasted pine nuts.
Although this buffalo chicken wrap is extremely simple, it’s not lacking in flavor. The buffalo sauce gives the wrap just the right amount of kick, so dressing is not necessary. But, if you’re feeling rebellious, go ahead and drizzle some ranch dressing on top!
I haven’t had much time to cook this week; however, I did get a chance to whip up these simple jalapeno chicken wraps last Sunday. A group of friends and I decided to picnic before the Passion Pit and Hot Chip concert at the Hollywood Bowl, so everyone was in charge of bringing food or wine. We had an absolute blast and stuffed ourselves with mass amounts of food, from these wraps to my orzo salad to fresh fruit to The Alcove‘s lemon bars and peanut butter cookies.
