Kick your summer up a notch with this easy peasy, super refreshing cocktail. It’s the fresh muddled raspberries that do it for me. And raspberries are fruit, so this is healthy…right? It’s been miserably hot the past couple weeks, so I haven’t been using the oven and stove as much, which is why this spritzer became a thing. The cocktail certainly helped cool us down!

Ingredients
- 3 oz. vodka
- 1 oz. fresh lime juice
- ½ oz. simple syrup
- 1 cup Razz-Cranberry La Croix (sparkling water)
- ½ package fresh raspberries
- Fresh mint, for garnish
- Lime wedges, for garnish
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, add vodka, fresh lime juice, simple syrup and a few ice cubes. Shake together for 15-20 seconds.
- In the bottom of two small glasses, add 5-6 raspberries per glass then muddle for a few seconds. Distribute vodka mixture evenly among both glasses, then top with sparkling water and ice cubes.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries, fresh mint and a fresh lime slice. Serve cold.
