game day ready. [pizza dip]
With the Super Bowl fast approaching, I thought it fitting to feature my go-to game day snack. Though extremely simple, this pizza dip has always been a favorite. I remember coming home from middle school and making a personal size dip for my afternoon snack (and eating the entire portion–that’s when calories didn’t count). But, I’ll be honest, I could still make a pretty big dent in the dip.

I made something similar to this years ago….not sure why I haven’t done it since! Looks like the perfect dip for game day.
Love the days when calories didn’t count :)
Looks perfect for a super bowl dish! :)
I’m coming to watch the Superbowl with you :)

Pizza DIP!? Holy crap, Caroline! This looks unbelievable. I don’t know a single person who wouldn’t like this dip. Well, I guess people who don’t like pizza. Or eat pepperoni. But who cares about those people???
What a great idea, my game watchers will LOVE this. What a fantastic idea! c
Yummy…It’s a good thing I just ate, and I don’t have any Cream Cheese, or Tortilla chips on hand…Bless You
I am HUNGRY just reading the title pizza dip!
OMG Caroline! I remember something like this way back too!! And how I do remember it as I couldn’t stop eating it either!! I have to make this one, it will bring back alot of memories!! So glad you shared this!
Mmmmmm! Fabulous! I’ve never seen this before and it looks so good! LOL – and I remember my after school snacks too – usually 1/2 of a big bag of doritos. Like you said, when calories didn’t count. Ah…the good ol’ days. Ha! :)
I’m already planning on all the fun dips I’m going to indulge in on Super Bowl Sunday. I’ll have to include this pizza dip!
Oh that looks good and something that would be a childhood favorite. I mean no offense by that. One of our guilty carried over from childhood dips, sour cream and lipton mix. Seriously, haven’t had it in years. That mix is sort of gross and probably has enough salt for a month. Thanks for the link!
Get outta here Caroline! Pizza dip? And I thought I had seen it all. Brilliant!
Wow – is this legal?! It looks so naughtily good, and I am afraid I would have to eat it all myself…no sharing!
Oh, yum! This looks game day fabulous! :)
Oh, wow, does that look good. And completely healthy, right? I mean, calories don’t count on holidays, and isn’t Super Bowl Sunday a holiday??? :)
Wow, I can’t believe this is a dip!!! I seriously thought this was a delicious looking pizza when I saw the photo, and now I see it’s a dip? Even better because it means you can eat even more and not worry about all the carbs from the bread! :D Nice one Caroline :)
I love this, I love this, I love this. This looked more like a pizza than a dip. This is just perfect for game day.
What a clever, tasty idea! I will be making this, if not this Sunday, shortly thereafter.
I’ve never heard of a pizza dip!…but with all my favorite parts of the pizza (cheeeese!), it sounds awesome.
Okay – that is just perfection! I’ve never seen or heard of anything like this and it’s just brilliant!
Oh, MYYYyyyy,
Caroline, I LOVE this recipe.
Can’t wait to make it.
Low fat, right? Haaa
This recipe looks so fantastically gooey and yet simple. Love. Let’s face it – food and ads are the only reason I even know when the game is.
Thst dips looks delicious! And so do the chips! I’ll be making a nacho dip for game day!
Brilliant! making this for superbowl!
What a clever idea!
:-) Mandy

My kids will love this! they are huge fans of dips in all shapes and kinds, a pizza dip will be most welcome
Amazing specially that dip photo, it looks like a real pizza. I think I can devour just that dip alone :)
I think I haven’t seen such an appetising dip in my whole life! (I was sure at first it was actually a richly garnished pizza!) You have got me with pepperoni! I haven’t had it for ages.
I’ve never been into the superbowl mode before, but I hope to partake into the excitement this year :D
