Serves: 2-4
Ingredients
  • 1 package (8 oz./8 ct.) Pillsbury Original Crescent Rolls
  • 2½ Tbsp. spicy brown mustard, plus additional for dipping
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese, each slice cut in half lengthwise
  • 4 slices Boar's Head pastrami, each slice cut in half
  • 6-8 whole pepperoncini, stems removed and cut in half
  • 1 egg, whisked
  • Trader Joe's Everything but the Bagel Sesame Seasoning Blend
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 375°F. Place piece of parchment paper on cookie sheet, then lightly spray with olive oil.
  2. On a cutting board, separate dough into 8 triangles.
  3. To make crescent rolls, spread 1 tsp. spicy brown mustard on the top half of each triangle (the larger part), then place ½ slice of pastrami followed by ½ slice of Swiss cheese and one pepperoncini cut in half.
  4. Roll up each triangle, starting at the top/fat side of the triangle, rolling to the opposite point. Curve ends into a crescent shape.
  5. Place crescent rolls on the cookie sheet, then lightly brush the tops of each with egg wash (you won't use all of the egg), then sprinkle with desired amount of Trader Joe's Everything but the Bagel Sesame Seasoning Blend.
  6. Bake crescent rolls for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm with a side of spicy brown mustard for dipping.
