It seems the entire blogosphere is preparing for Super Bowl Sunday. So, as you’d figure, game day appetizer ideas are aplenty. In addition to my pizza dip, these simple meatballs would be a fantastic snack to make for the game.

Caroline, I love your presentation!! I have those same spoons and I’m so stealing your idea!! I think we both like to shop for fun pieces to use for serving and entertaining!! I love meatball night and every Thursday is Meatball and Martinis!! (I know, what a combo)
Meatballs make me happy. I just don’t think I could ever be a vegetarian – though I admire those who are. I could not miss out on this goodness. Have a great weekend, Caroline!
What gorgeous photos! That last one, where the meatball is split open … yowza! I’ll be dreaming about that this weekend. I love that you’re using 2 kinds of beef, too. Wonder if one of the backyard fresh eggs would work well in these. ;)

What a great idea. It’s different and a nice change of pace from simply serving pizza, wings and chili. I’m loving this new addition. Hope you’re having a great weekend.
